Specialist cybersecurity consulting consulting for businesses
Our cybersecurity consulting helps your organisation understand its exposure, prioritise controls and prepare its incident response. We combine strategy, identity management, information protection and support for your teams.
Cybersecurity challenges in the organisation
We prioritise security based on a real assessment.
What we see
Unknown exposure
Assets and threats without a shared assessment.
What we bring
Identified and prioritised risks
Maturity assessment and an action plan with owners and priorities.
What we see
Unprioritised controls
Measures that are not linked to business risks.
What we bring
Cybersecurity strategy
A roadmap linked to exposure, capabilities and budget.
What we see
Access that grows unchecked
Permissions piling up across applications, cloud and Microsoft 365.
What we bring
Identity and access management
Roles, responsibilities and periodic permission reviews.
What we see
Unclassified information
Sensitive data without clear usage and protection criteria.
What we bring
Information protection
Classification and data loss prevention controls according to data criticality.
What we see
Untracked vulnerabilities
Known flaws without owners or closure criteria.
What we bring
Security testing and improvement
Identification, prioritisation and tracking of corrective actions.
What we see
Untested incident response
Procedures and roles that have not been put to the test.
What we bring
Incident preparedness
Plans, simulation exercises and review of lessons learned.
Cybersecurity services
Cybersecurity strategy and virtual CISO
We define the cybersecurity strategy and security master plan according to your organisation's risks and priorities. With our virtual CISO service, or CISO as a Service, we provide direction, monitoring and coordination with business and technology leaders.
Cybersecurity audit and maturity assessment
We assess your organisation's controls, exposure and maturity within the agreed scope. The cybersecurity audit identifies evidence and gaps and turns them into prioritised actions. We distinguish this assessment from technical testing so you know what is reviewed and what report you will receive.
Identity and access management (IAM)
We define how access to your systems is granted, reviewed and revoked. Identity and access management combines roles, responsibilities and periodic reviews to limit unnecessary permissions and keep a record of decisions.
Cloud and Microsoft 365 security
We review the configuration of your cloud and Microsoft 365 environments according to their use and the risks identified. We prioritise access, configuration and monitoring improvements, and document the criteria to maintain them in operation.
Information classification and data loss prevention
We define criteria to classify information and apply data loss prevention (DLP) controls. We link each measure to the sensitivity and use of the data, so that protection can be built into your teams' work.
Application and infrastructure security
We build security criteria into the design and operation of applications and infrastructure. We review controls according to the project scope and coordinate improvements with the teams responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining the systems.
Vulnerability management and security testing
We identify and prioritise vulnerabilities and track actions through to closure. Penetration testing and ethical hacking services are scoped by systems, objectives and agreed conditions, with documented results and improvement recommendations.
Incident preparedness and response
We define roles, procedures and coordination mechanisms for responding to an incident. We prepare simulation exercises and support teams during the response and subsequent review, according to the agreed service.
Cybersecurity training and awareness
We tailor training to each team's responsibilities and risks. We work through common situations, response criteria and communication channels so that people can recognise warning signs and know how to report them.

How we prioritise your organisation's security
Cybersecurity connects technical decisions with business responsibilities. Knowing your assets, access and dependencies makes it possible to choose measures proportionate to the risk and review their effectiveness in operation.
Risk-based cybersecurity strategy
The assessment brings together information on critical assets, threats and controls. On that basis we define a cybersecurity strategy with priorities, owners and monitoring criteria, linking each action to the risk it aims to reduce.
Identity and access management
Identity and access management makes it possible to review who uses each system and with what permissions. Roles, periodic reviews, authentication and least privilege must be designed according to the organisation's needs and technology environments.
Protected information and tracked vulnerabilities
Information classification and vulnerability management address different problems. One organises how data is used and protected; the other identifies technical flaws and tracks their remediation. Both need owners and checks that allow the measures applied to be reviewed.
Incident response prepared with your teams
Response plans must define how communication happens, who decides and which actions are coordinated. Simulation exercises and training make it possible to rehearse these roles and gather improvements for the next review cycle.
At CGC we connect assessment, cybersecurity strategy, virtual CISO, controls and incident preparedness so that every action has an owner and is followed up. When the project requires it, we coordinate them with our governance, risk and compliance.
Let's talk about your organisation's cybersecurity
Tell us whether you need to assess risks, review access, define a security plan or prepare your incident response. The CGC team will help you define the scope of your enquiry.
